• Account info: name, email, phone number for sign-up and authentication.
• Restaurant data: menus, photos, 3D models, theme settings, staff seats.
• Usage data: scans, views, orders, redemptions — used to power analytics.
• Device data: browser, OS, AR capability — used to deliver the right experience.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• To process payments and loyalty redemptions.
• To send transactional emails and (with opt-in) product updates.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and bot activity.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data, ever.
• We don't share diner data with restaurants outside what's needed to fulfill orders.
• We don't use ads inside the Arive consumer app.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
